I love Arizona and the Phoenix area so I work all over the valley. Cities I serve include: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Mesa, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Gilbert, Avondale, Laveen, Maricopa, Queen Creek, El Mirage, Youngtown, and the Sun Cities.

Most real estate agents spend the majority of their time and resources in a small geographic area prospecting for new business. They do things like cold calling, geographic farming, door knocking, advertising, direct mail, etc.

I don't do that. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during, and after each transaction. If a client wants to buy or sell a property in an area of the valley I'm not familiar with or I'm concerned I'll not be able to provide the level of service my clients have come to expect then I'll partner with an agent in the specific geographic area so that my clients get the best service possible. Regardless, I stay involved with my clients and assist in any way I can. All I ask is that you refer me to people of comparable quality to yourself who are thinking of buying or selling property and who would appreciate the level of service and attention I provide.

You see, as long as my clients keep referring me, I don't have to go out prospecting like everyone else and I can do an even better job for you!
